“Staff was amazing, and communication during and after booking was excellent. The building (built in 1830) was excellently maintained, and furnishings/decor struck the perfect balance between period and modern. The included breakfast was cooked and served in the upstairs dining room (former ballroom/meeting room). Parking was adequate and on site. The surrounding area was convenient and remote enough to be quiet, yet near necessities. The on site pub had excellent food and was reasonably……

“Had a wonderful 3 days here. Madeleine and Ken, were excellent and helpful hosts, providing suggestions for walks, wineries and restaurants. The daily homemade breakfast was delicious and varied each day. We particularly loved the fresh homemade muffins and scones. Lovely touch to have access to complimentary snacks, fruit and drinks through the day as well. Great location, comfortable room and an easy walk into town. ”

“The ladies are so personable. They helped us with our luggage because the suite was upstairs. The room was fantastic. There is a game table and we really enjoyed that. What a great value. I loved visiting with them and the guests.”

“Amazing B&B! Right across form the lake. The most amazing host (Clark) ever!! So responsive. Very knowledgeable about the area. Offered recommendations and concierge service. Emailed me recs before arrival. Tailored breakfast to all your dietary needs/concerns. Always available by text for any issues. Felt like I was at home and like I'd known him for years! “I would definitely recommend this B& B for anyone visiting Cayuga Lake or Ithaca. Loved learning about this inn’s history! Good location and great home cooked breakfasts. Amenities like ice, coffee, ironing board and toiletries were readily available. I don’t think it is handicapped accessible and stairs are steep so be ready to “get your steps in” if you stay here. I would stay here again if visiting this area.”

“The apartment and the view are both stunning! The square feet of the bedrooms and living spaces are generous and well laid out. Even the half bath off of the living space was nicely sized. There was a cozy outdoor space overlooking the sweeping views that my daughter particularly enjoyed. And, the folks who selected the interior decor understood the assignment! It was the perfect balance of elegance and simplicity, down to every end table, ornament, armoire, etc. Most of the pieces are antiques……
