“No Hot-water”

“每次来到Ponce都住这家Hotel.有回家的感觉”

“Sujerencia: 1)Desayuno incluido variar un poco. 2) Los baños de afuera dar seguimiento de los productos sanitario y la limpieza. Todo lo demas excelente, buen ambiente, vista hermosa, campo, paz, clima bueno, habitación limpia comoda, piscina limpia, rio bello llano y accesible, restaurante del tablado con buena comida, buena presentación y precios económicos. ¡Gracias por la experiencia, volveremos pronto!”

“The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.”

“DO NOT STAY HERE! To start: the place itself wasn’t very clean and there were stains on the couch and bed linens. The bed is much too firm as well (unless you like that sort of thing). It’s very apparent that this place was furnished not with comfort, but cheapness in mind. And by far the worst part was the plenty of mosquitos that were inside. I did not leave any doors open and checked all the windows (all closed), yet somehow there were still multiple mosquitos in the apartment. I barely slept……

“Nuestra primera experiencia en Yauco y de corazon ahi no volvemos. Cuando entre al check-in no fueron amables. Para poder estacionarse es complicado ya que no hay muchos cerca. Le daremos oportunidad a sus otras localidades pero a Yauco, no. ”

“The hotel is in a convenient location and the room was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. The bathroom had a slight odor, but it was manageable. The shower hot water was inconsistent, which could be improved. A mini fridge in the room would also be a nice addition.”

“No tuvimos servicio de limpieza y estuvimos al dia siguiente sin luz desde las 9 am hasta las 5 pm , sin servicio de elevador cuando estabamos en el 4 piso , realmente mala la experiencia e inclusive exijo una compensacion por la mala experiencia vivida ”

“La habitación no tenía agua fría en la ducha. Lo demás regular. Eso si no me cobraron por mi mascotas”

“Everything is good the only thing is that before you get to the hotel ask for the correct way to get there don’t use google map ”
