“Nice place, very Loud busy street when trying to sleep on the middle of the Night!!!!! We were woken up to construction on the house without being notified hours of banging drilling No rest and I had a new born and toddler No fun!!!! I would have booked else where. Other than that nice neighborhoods walkable cute restaurants walkable path on the ocean love the town... I would return when they sound proof it lol...”

“The place was good for a day or 2 but not for more then that only because we stayed 6 days and we were denied change of clean towels and bed sheets told it wasn’t allowed that it’s per the whole trip, we even had to buy our own toilet paper at one point and garbage bags because we were only given 3 we were a group of 6 people. Pool was nice and the area was clean. We also didn’t have a broom, mop to clean. It’s nice for a max of 3 days.”

“It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed ”

“Know what you’re getting into. You have to fill out forms online in advance and arrive before 6pm. They give you a bunch of separate keypad codes to enter every gate and door. There is no front desk.”

“Staff was relatively quiet and kept to themselves as to not bother guest. But also maintained many properties in the area. The hotel was quaint but these stairs were quite the workout. Not an idea space for anyone with handicap needs or disabilities. Be sure to communicate with staff for parking permits and request extra towels ahead of time. Overall a great experience and no more than a 15-20 minute walk to viejo San Juan ”

“They didn't offer military discount and for the 900 spent with no t.v and the toilet being small was not worth that but in a pinch can be a beautiful place as it was for me and my wife. ”
