"Good Stay Overall, but Too Many Issues to Ignore The resort was clean and had a relaxing atmosphere, but several issues affected our stay. The room needed upgrades—our phone didn’t work, the restroom felt outdated, the balcony lacked a proper table, and we had to request maid service. The beach also needed better upkeep, with rocks, bottle caps, cigarette butts, and seaweed scattered around. Breakfast was good, though the menu could use more variety. The evening wine‑down was nice, but the snacks—salty popcorn and stale nachos—definitely need improvement. The pool bar closing at 6 p.m. was inconvenient, and several amenities like the steak restaurant, bowling, and kart racer were closed during our visit. Parking was another frustration. I was told the fee would be waived, but it wasn’t, and the parking lot card barely worked. The resort has potential, but it needs better maintenance, clearer communication, and some key updates to deliver the experience it advertises. "
