“The place was completely unkept. I reserved a room with 2 double beds and of course the AC was broke, so they gave me a room with a King bed and a crappy 5 ft. Fouton. Drunks in the hallway yelling and playing loud music until 2 am. Told the kid at the front desk and turns out they were buddies, he did nothing. If I could give a negative star I would. Stay away from this dump.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Serena Boutique Hotel in Aguas Buenas and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Puerto Rican experience. From the moment we arrived, Ricardo made us feel incredibly welcome. He was always around the property, working hard to keep everything running smoothly and making sure guests were comfortable. “the room was humble. The sleeper/couch for the third person was stained/ dirty. we had to ask for sheets/ blankets and an extra pillow ( of which they said they had none). We had to ask for hand towels, wash cloths and a shower mat. After day 3, we asked for new towels and toilet paper.
The dryer was broken.
The smoke detector in the bedroom flashed every 15 seconds like a strobe light- had to sleep with a pillow over my head.
