"There is no airport shuttle for this hotel. There is a shuttle to take you into Viejo San Juan which is convenient. You have to keep at them to ensure they actually clean the room and change the sheets because if not they will just make the bed and leave clean towels and not actually clean. Game room is just a pool table and board games. Pool is small. Not as big as it looks in the picture. Pool towels aren't alway available. No cook on site so if want to eat lunch or dinner on site cannot, must go across the street. "
