Temperature of jacuzzi was great. Beach was beautiful but only swam in this beach once. The real better beach is Dorado Beach (amazing beach) about 12 min walk from hotel. Loved breakfast! Great location. Would stay here again! "

"We stayed in their penthouse suite. It was very large. The only negative was it there was no elevator to carry your bags up with. The air-conditioning was in both of the bedrooms, but not in the rest of the apartment. This ended up being OK because it had a really nice out outdoor patio overlooking the harbor. The location was excellent walking distance to downtown and not very far from the airport."

"The staff I encountered were very polite and things were fine. I did however observe how some staff treated other guests and I thought it was rather rude. I’m not certain of the cause but no matter, it was not good. There were pipes that leaked in the hallway. The wine and drinks were flowing which made up for the not so nice accommodations. The floors in my room needed a good cleaning and the bathroom was not the best. It worked for what we needed. One night stay before heading to cruise ship. I would have paid to help take my bags to the room. I was declined assistance. "
