“Please mop the floor! The room was clean otherwise. Chipped fixtures (sink, shower) show their wear but were perfectly useable. It was 28 degrees when we checked in and the upstairs outdoor corridors were covered in ice and incredibly slippery. We appreciated that the room heater worked well! The location is fairly convenient with plenty of nearby food options.”

“I return to this place; two to three times a year, as a former resident of Trumann. I still have family and friends, in Trumann, and in the surrounding cities. I usually stay in rooms above the front desk, with seldom any problems. When I encounter a problem, it has been resolved. I have never had their breakfast, so I can not speak to that, Positive, or Negative... During this trip, I needed two rooms, (Non-smoking) near the pool. Although not together, they were just 3 doors down, but next to……
