“The Art Nook was absolutely wonderful. Photos don’t do it justice. It was so clean and had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. Plenty of linens and other supplies like dish soap, laundry detergent , shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towel, basic kitchen items. We were right in the heart of the downtown area. Easy walking to shops and restaurants. With windows open at night you could hear the street noise, but we just closed the windows. A/C worked great. And the onsite parking spot was...

“This property is worth every penny. Perfect location, quiet community, amazing food! Condo is very clean, beds sleep amazing, furnishings are true to condo info. Outdoor seating area is an added bonus. Check in was super simple. If you stay here you must visit the Next Level Sports Lounge. ”

“Amazing property, smelled clean up on entry. The host was great to communicate with, and let my parents check in an hour early. I sent my parents for an anniversary trip here and they absolutely loved it. They have only ever stayed in hotels, so this was a huge change and I don't think they'll go back to hotels now haha. ”

“We stayed in apartment 16 and found it roomy and comfortable for the 3 of us. Great proximity to Mt Desert Island and lobster! I was concerned about being close to the airstrip, but it wasn't loud. People staying upstairs were courteous, but you definitely wake up whenever they start walking around upstairs. We enjoyed the hotub, fire pit with cute s'mores kits and snacks. So glad to have laundry available after all that hiking and biking!”
