“A beautifully appointed and comfortable room in a quiet and convenient location in easy walking distance of the town centre. The owners had thought of everything a guest could possibly want and provided a very comprehensive information pack. Would definitely recommend.”

“Overall a good stay. But AC off upon arrival and it took 7 hours before the temperature was bearable to sleep (5 pm arrival). Nice atmosphere at the pub with great food and service.”

“The hotel and pub were very pleasant. The rooms were well-equipped and the food was excellent. However, the service at the pub was inconsistent. While some tables were served, we were not and this was unclear. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. However, the room temperature was excessively high. We were forced to leave the room to cool down despite the outside temperature being over 35°C. The room was significantly hotter than the outside. Although fans were provided,……

“Great overnight stay. Superior rooms are modern and spotless well worth the extra. Nice traditional pub food served in the bar. Owner was lovely and extremely helpful. Road is quite busy but noise is minimal and didn't keep us awake. Would recommend”

“The staff are very helpful and friendly. The food and beer is good and great value. Parking is a bit tight, so arrive early if you are checking in! If you want to eat, make sure you reserve a table. We found out the hard way on Saturday lunchtime that you can't always get a meal, even if you are a resident. Other than that, it's a good place to stay. It's quiet at night due to the location and the fact that the bar isn't open until late.”

“Loo wasn't bolted down/ stable, sink cracked, lots of cobwebs, not great but not disasterous either.”

“It's nice property stayed here before on arrival room wasn't cleaned it was left mess previous guest but it was sorted quickly when I rang up .it's hassle free not have collect key check in being code operated will stay here again ”

“A lovely stay, it was just down the road to a venue where we were attending a party. The host was very welcoming and friendly and insured we had everthing we wanted. Room was tidy and had a mini fridge, tea and coffee. Breakfast was lovely my son enjoyed the fresh fruit. X”
