"Was advertised to have an indoor pool but was not in service upon our arrival. And paid $30 more than any other hotel in area due to that amenity. The outside door closest to our room was blocked. Chairs in dining area was in terrible shape. "

"The room was half clean. A dirty cloth was still on the shower rod and tangerine was left in refrigerator. I said I didn't care if it was a smoking or non smoking room and ended up in a smoking room. It was if someone was smoking right next to me."

"The property was beautiful and perfect for our needs! Nicely renovated with a cute little kitchen, a large sectional couch for watching TV, comfy beds (and that’s coming from someone who has a hard time sleeping away from home!) and a washer and dryer. It’s an easy drive from GSP airport, located in one of the preferred neighborhoods and less than 10 minutes to downtown Spartanburg and all it has to offer! Host responds quickly and provided info on local attractions and things to do in the area. Easy check-out instructions. Would definitely stay again if we go back to the area! "

"The particular room I had was spotless, clean and without any fragrances. The bed and sheets and pillows appeared to be almost new and very, very comfortable. "

"Never again! I stayed at this hotel with multiple family members, so we had multiple rooms. There were 2 rooms that had roaches. The staff was nice and friendly, but this hotel needs a complete update. "

"The pillows were small like the pillows you have on your couch. They was so flat you needed three pillows to make one. FYI take your on pillows. They was very old. Still needing some updates. Doors need to be replaced. Bathroom needs work. "

"Our host(s) were amazing!!! The property was absolutely gorgeous, views were breathtaking and serene. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating while also respecting our privacy. I think I even made a new friend since she and I have so much in common. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend."
