“Brilliant location right on the front, super easy walk to the Metro and very close to the beach (down some steps). Andrew was very friendly and gave us loads of information about the local area and things to see and do. ”

“The staff are nice and super friendly. Room is clean and comfortable, price is fair. Close to the Tyne bridge, bars nearby are nice but noisy at night. About 20 minutes to walk to and from train station.”

“The room was comfortable and warm. The pillows were a little lumpy. Shower was easy to control and powerful. Very good selection for breakfast and tasty. I went for the avocado bagel with poched egg and it was just what i needed. The whole place was clean and neat. The dinners were also good. ”

“Extremely poor service and stay. We were given a smaller room than we had asked for (images do not match the actual state of the room), and the air conditioner is broken; we were provided with fans but we do not have proper ventilation in our room, causing the room to be very hot and stuffy, and after taking a shower the room becomes very damp. Television does not work, and the fans aren't very good. There are also insect stains on the bedding. Service is misleading, we were told that our check……
