“This place is amazing! The cottage is so lovely, has everything you need and there was even a little welcome basket of coffee and snacks for us! The kids had the best time playing on the beach! We are so happy we chose to stay here. A short drive to inverness and located the cutest little village. If you stay here go to the cheese pantry! We had the most amazing stay with our family including 3 little kids! Also the most amazing sunsets! We literally would live here if we could!”

“This property is right on the river with lots of shopping and restaurants in easy access. I appreciated the availability of a parking permit, since all the street parking says permit only. They were smart to leave the washer manual in the welcome notebook as I had no idea how to operate this style of washer. Check in info was sent to our what’s app, which makes a lot of sense, since they draw travelers from all over the world. I wish we could have stayed longer!”

“Many thoughtful amenities. Sleeps an intimate two, not three as promised on both Expedia and another booking site. Host ignored Expedia message request for use of (non-existent) sofa bed and instead sent a direct email with door code. Daughter and I enjoyed this last minute booking but felt a bit bait and switched. Exceptionally clean,well appointed suburban backyard unit.”

“Beautiful home in a tiny village. Very comfortable for three couples. Nice touches from the management. Tea cakes, shortbread, cereal, and milk were nice and welcoming. There was a nice personal greeting sign. Perfect.”

“The property was great; plenty of parking, plenty of room to move about. The house was large but quaint and had everything we needed. Very quiet and remote but only minutes from town. I LOVED Paul's (owner/manager) attitude about closing out the house - "you are on vacation... you don't need to do anything except collect your things..." So no bed stripping, trash disposal, towel washing that is often requested by other properties. I highly recommend this property. My only regret is that we……

Lovely view of River Ness and beautiful trees right outside windows, functional and pleasant layout, welcome basket of treats, well outfitted kitchen, washer dryer....there were even fans in the bedrooms for white noise and airflow!. Easy and lovely walk into town center. So much to see and do within easy distance. Highly recommend!”
