The floors need to be scrubbed and not half cleaned. Pillows needs to be replaced they are not comfortable and they are flat. The bed is not comfortable at all. Towels had holes in them i did not expect this in this area since it’s right by six flags. The remote control to the TV was on its last legs and the cable wasn’t properly connected, but at least the WiFi worked. The overall condition of the room left a lot to be desired. It may be convenient to the entertainment district in Arlington, but the surrounding area is highly sketchy at best. The guy continued to tell us there was nothing he could do and that multiple people that had been staying there decided to stay another night so our room was taken. Then after 10 minutes he all of a sudden has a room. The room was gross and dirty, but we has no other choice so we rarely stayed there.
