“Felt immediately welcomed by Beatriz at the counter. I'd booked a handicap accessible room which was the most thought out design I've ever encountered. Shower had easy controls, at least 4 grab bars and a slide-seat for the low-profile bathtub. The room was immediately outside the elevator doors, saving a painful walk down the hallway. Excellent breakfast. Enjoyable conversation at checkout with general manager Craig Corn.”
