This apartment was mis-sold, as it is student accommodation (10 bedrooms per flat). Each guest has shared access to the common room, housing the kitchen and sofa. “Stayed here for 4 nights. The house was well equipped and very clean. Communication with host was great. A lovely gesture by the host leaving a bottle of prosecco and box of fudge. Very close to the beachfront, which was great as parents are almost 90 years old. “Our stay at St Matthias Lodge was the first time we have taken our youngest granddaughter Daisy on holiday and it turned out to be a perfect 3 day break.Many thanks to hosts Claire & Tim who went out of their way to make it special for Daisy, there were child themed quilt covers, teddies beside the bed and toys for Daisy to play with.
