“Ice maker not working on 1st floor, needed to go to 2nd floor. Breakfast was included but due to renovations, it was not available diring the stay. In the bathing area, there was sand on the floor; they didn't clean it up properly.”

“I could not find the house because the address is listed incorrectly. There were instructions to take off your shoes or use covering, but when I walked from the bed to the bathroom, my feet got really dirty. There’s a dark entertainment room/foyer with neons lights/decor, a pool table and some other items that led to the rooms and were nonfunctional.”

A little confusing to find the building at first with no signs but did get to see the entire layout of the complex. Everything such as a Publix, Pharmacy, Gas and food nearby in ChampionsGate. Easy access to I4 and a back road to US 27 to avoid……

“The unit was clean. The host was responsive. The resort property was fun and welcoming. Definitely enjoyed the pool area. Location was pretty good for all the things we wanted to do. The check-in check-out process was pretty smooth. I would definitely stay here again when I visit this area.”

“The apartment is very nice, closed to Disney World resort, while in a quiet community.”

“The cleaning needs to be more detailed other than that the property and host where nice.”
