"This is a beautifully designed unit in a perfect location -- very close to all that Midtown and downtown has to offer. It did not prove to a peaceful respite, however, as the walls are paper thin and the neighbors in the adjacent unit were extremely noisy throughout -- running laundry (which is just outside the bedroom) at 1:00 AM; doing full construction work at 8:00 AM (same morning); talking loudly on the porch just outside the living window, etc. Giving 4 stars because the unit is so nice --...

"We enjoyed our stay in this quiet and pet friendly house. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood delightful. The shower was a little small and the shower curtain probably needs to be changed out. The kitchen was well stocked but the dishwasher racks need to be repaired. Our dog loved walking around the neighborhood and the house is very clean in terms of dog fur. "Cute little house with some extra details immediately around it, including a hot tub just out front. Easy directions and check in with keypad. One little thing we would have liked differently was the toilet location. It sits about 4ft away, directly facing the bed. So if someone’s in bed, facing away from the wall, you are staring at whoever’s using the toilet. OH, and they had a basket full of just about anything you need but may have forgotten and all for reasonable prices! "
