"We own a property close by but had the entire family visiting. Need the extra bedrooms. For that purpose it was fine. We really only slept and had coffee in the morning other than that we were at our own property. Fridge is a bit rusted but was clean. Communication was good so complaints. "

"The apartment was perfect for us. We were a group of 5 and everyone had their own beds. The space is actually 2 apartments made into a large single apartment, so has plenty of living space, 2 kitchens, and a huge balcony. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There’s a nice pool area with a bar. We had our boat in a slip just in front of the apartment, so we could see the boat at all times. Rob is the owner, and he very responsive. We’ll definitely be back. "

"This property is located right on a very nice beach. The condos and the property were exactly what the pictures showed on VRBO. It was nice having the beach and pool. Close to many things. We would definitely stay here again."

"If you want to be on the beach and pay for it then this is the place for you. Other than the view it does not have much going for it. The furniture is old and dated, there was no where to sit on the balcony except for the wooden splintered picnic table. The locals we met were great and it was a very quiet community. Make sure you bring everything you need with you such as soap, shampoos t.p etc as very little if any are provided. The kitchen is really really small but it did have a good amount...

"The property was sufficient for my purposes. However, the pictures are not accurate as far as the view of the ocean. When you look directly outside you are looking at another condo. You have to step outside on the balcony and then look over to the left in order to see the ocean. ... So people wanting a true ocean view This would not be the property for that. The communication with the owner was delayed most of the time. Also, it would have been good to know that once you renewed your stay there...

"The property has an amazing view. We had 11 in our group and had plenty of room never felt crowded. The area is very quiet and private. We were able to do snorkeling in the canal and kayak as well. If your coming by boat this location has plenty of space for boats. I would recommend to bring sturdy ropes and big bumpers to tie the boat along the dock. Antoinette is the host and Robert the property manager, they were very helpful with all of our needs. They provided us with helpful...

"This is my second year in a row staying at Pelican Bay, and once again, it’s five stars across the board. The property is perfectly located—just steps away from great restaurants and shopping. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. Everything is spotless and peaceful, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout the stay. The suites are impressively spacious—larger than many apartments around the world! I highly recommend Pelican Bay if you’re visiting Freeport, Grand Bahama. It’s truly a top-notch choice."
