"The staff ande the entire stay worth it. The hotel is old though. The entertainment staff take the cake. The director, Carlos is the funniest dude I’ve seen doing this though. Pretty cool and talented people in the crew. Great daily shows. The food and drinks were very good. Drinks were not watery like at some all inclusive resorts. I would definitely recommend this place."

"Hosts we're wonderful and accommodating. Helped us with arranging taxi transport from the airport. Use of a car and boat with the rental was amazing. We enjoyed our stay."

"The first room you couldn't get the door to unlock. Spent 5 hours waiting for new room. The floors were so filthy that my feet were black from walking on them. Pans were dirty. This used to be a wonderful resort, not anymore."

"All about location! Front desk was accommodating with room request at checkin. Room is basic and spacious especially for 1. Had a half frig, microwave and coffee pot. Access to Taino Beach Resort and water taxi to Port Lucaya also pluses."
