“A glorified motel masquerading as a “resort.” The place is dead, it’s a ghost town. There’s nothing to do here, little amenities, no food, no drinks. The place is understaffed and the staff is often times unprofessional, nonchalant, and rude. “I should have known my experience would be bad, when it took 2.5 hours to get my food from the restaurant at the resort. The facilities were outdated and many of the appliances were rusted. The weight room was small with equipment not maintained. One treadmill had a broken screen and the other had a loose belt. Requests were treated as an inconvenience. “We had such a wonderful time here in Freeport Bahamas and this rental unit was perfect for us two. The unit had all the necessities we needed for the week. We were close to the beach, pool, shopping and restaurants. It was a very relaxing week. The property manager Dessi is fantastic and so quick with responding to any questions we had.
