“I should have known my experience would be bad, when it took 2.5 hours to get my food from the restaurant at the resort. The facilities were outdated and many of the appliances were rusted. The weight room was small with equipment not maintained. One treadmill had a broken screen and the other had a loose belt. Requests were treated as an inconvenience. “Booked this online via Expedia because it looked great - got to the site and it was CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS. Luckily we were able to contact someone on site so they could set up a cot for us, but the place was CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS so there were no services. The airline had lost our luggage, so we had to wait at the property because that’s where the airline was bringing our luggage, even though it WAS CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS. “Dess was a much needed oasis in what could have been a nightmare scenario. The accommodations and the quick responses to all your needs is greatly appreciated. Room was extremely clean and well kept pictures do it no justice. Really nicely decorated and upkept. Amenities in the condo are great stores are close and expensive if something is missing. Enjoy this gem of a stay. Ty so much for having us.”
