“We own a property close by but had the entire family visiting. Need the extra bedrooms. For that purpose it was fine. We really only slept and had coffee in the morning other than that we were at our own property. Fridge is a bit rusted but was clean. Communication was good so complaints. ”

“The property was sufficient for my purposes. However, the pictures are not accurate as far as the view of the ocean. When you look directly outside you are looking at another condo. You have to step outside on the balcony and then look over to the left in order to see the ocean. ... So people wanting a true ocean view This would not be the property for that. The communication with the owner was delayed most of the time. Also, it would have been good to know that once you renewed your stay there……

“The condo was amazing, the beach was better than i expected and the view was perfect. I could not have asked for a better vacation.Everything you need for a perfect stay is in the condo. Plus, a grocery store is nearby and really good eating places in walking distance if you don't mind walking. Will return one day for sure hopefully with friends, but if not by myself again. Can't say enough words to describe how relaxing and peaceful this place was. Even the people who live in the condos were……

“If you want to be on the beach and pay for it then this is the place for you. Other than the view it does not have much going for it. The furniture is old and dated, there was no where to sit on the balcony except for the wooden splintered picnic table. The locals we met were great and it was a very quiet community. Make sure you bring everything you need with you such as soap, shampoos t.p etc as very little if any are provided. The kitchen is really really small but it did have a good amount……

“the unit was fully equipped and did have beach towels and chairs. The unit was very clean as well as the whole condo complex. Beach and pool steps away, and walking distance to food, and restaurants. We only had one concern which was when the wind was blowing the wrong way we could not use our deck due to the sewage smell coming from the location of the condos sewage system outside our door.”

“Nicely appointed apartment with lots of perks: all hardwood floors, comfy beds, clean and newly renovated baths and all rooms, well equipped kitchen, beach towels, pool noodles and floaties (we spent every day having lots of fun in the pool), super responsive host and so much more. We had a marvelous time exploring the island and relaxing in this apartment. We felt at home! Having a car in Grand Bahamas is good to explore places like seaman’s reef and Lucayan national park.
