“My room 124 looked like someone was trying to remodel but failed miserably. The light cover in the bathroom was broken and there was a sponge sitting on top of it. The toilet was inches from the wall and the seat was very loose. Also it looked like someone had capped off an old toilet between the tub and the toilet above ground. There were black spots on the mattress protector when I checked for bed bugs. My husband refused to sleep under the covers! Had everything in the area not been sold out……

“Shower light didn't work, bathroom exhaust makes a lot of noise, one mattress the bed sunk in when sitting or laying on it, tv remote on/off button or volume buttons didn't work. Had to adjust volume or on/off on the tv itself, carpet by the bed was sticky so bare feet not recommended, ice machine on our floor did not work, hot tub was not functioning and was empty. When I booked it indicated there was a hot tub. Pool was available and water nice and warm, but unfortunately, the night we were……

“Lighting in the lobby was dim, entry doors smokey and key card didn't work after hours for those doors. Staff were not visible at front desk, had to ring a bell several times for service. Door to room was not aligned properly, had to forcefully close with weight of body. A lot of traffic from other guests, some shady looking characters. Front desk staff accused my young adult sons of not having a room, even threatening to call law enforcement for them sitting in breakfast area, causing me to……

“Was recently renamed best western painted and freshened up the place was the intent didn’t work out so well in my opinion didn’t stay checked in and checked out within and hour ac smelled moldy just not my kind of place but just my opinion”
