“instructions to enter premises very clear. extra double bed in the main room was a bit odd and unexpected since the pictures did not show. Kitchen pretty limited. Property was very clean and comfortable. We used the gym and were very happy with the variety of equipment and use of space. When we arrived there was an issue with the key fobs, so the property management closed the common room area. The pool was also out of use for our entire stay. The person in the main office was unhelpful and……

“We brought our family of four to see the space center. The condo is just down the street from it. We originally wanted to stay for 4 nights, but the owner messaged me saying they had another booking and would need to adjust ours to 3 nights. No problem. Listed on the amenities is a hot tub (there isn’t one). Glad I asked before we packed our suites. Property building seemed a bit run down, but the unit was decent and nicely decorated. “Around 2pm I messaged the host to ask if it would be ok to check in earlier. I didn't get a response. No biggie, I headed there after 4. The drive through the neighborhood had me uneasy. The neighborhood is being built up, so there were some nice homes as well as shacks, but I knew exactly what time it was once I got in the vicinity. We arrive at what should have been the property, but the address was different and I could not find the the address listed. I called the host. No answer. I had to……

“We went to Houston for the college classic baseball tournament and needed a spot for one night with friends. Location is better for NRG than downtown but the drive was only 15 minutes away. Not bad at all. Place was very clean and checkin directions very easy.”

“We came into town for volleyball tournament at the NRG Center. This condo was within a 5 minute drive. Spacious bedrooms, large living room, washer and dryer, full kitchen. Gated community was a plus. ”

“The location was perfect for us, we were able to get to zoo, children’s museum and other attractions without hitting Houston traffic. The apartment had toys and plastic ware for the kids, they loved. The communication was AMAZING, the host and very fast to respond and extremely helpful. If we come back to Houston I would book this place again for sure.”

The location was especially perfect for anyone in town for an event at NRG Stadium. We were able to walk there easily and safely.”
