"the room was very clean -the bed was very comfortable. All was neat and tidy. However, the bathroom needs some grab bars or some type of support in the shower/tub - the tile is pretty but has nothing to hold onto - i.e. grab bar etc. Dangerous for folks who may have some unsteadyness or a bit unstable on their feet etc. especially when stepping in or out of the tub/shower. "

"Everything was excellent!! From check in with Ayushman to check out! It was an unexpected and much welcome gesture to get two bottles of water and a cute little bag from the staff for being a Hilton honors member, no other hotel has ever done that! I also liked that this hotel texted me to see how things were going. That way if I had questions, I could just text that number. Which I ended up doing, because we couldn't remember what time the hot tub closed while we were out and about so I just texted that number and he replied.. and it's not AI, thankfully. Speaking of the hot tub, that was a nice area with the pool too. We didn't try out the pool but it looked nice. The hot tub was nice and relaxing! Our room was great. I was barefoot after the hot tub and I have to give props to the housekeeping staff because I didn't have any junk on my feet from the room. It's a hardwood-ish surface and they got every speck clean! The TV was new and had plenty of channels, the beds were very comfy I thought. I slept great. I bring my own pillow so I can't comment on those. There were plenty though! The shower was perfect! Plenty of pressure and the water was hot! And the soap smelled really good!!! Breakfast was perfect for us but might not be for everyone. It wasn't a 5 star cuisine. Just cereal, muffins, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, fruit, etc. But the morning guy made sure everything stayed stocked. I would absolutely stay here again!! It's a great place and there's alot to do around it. "

"Family-friendly hotel. Every member of their staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent! Dining service was a great option and delicious. The waterpark was a lot of fun - something for everyone! Love the decor and theme carried throughout the pool area - hot tub is huge and caters to adults and kids which is great. The room is nicely sized with the bunk bed alcove perfect for the kids. Bedding and pillows very comfortable. Have stayed here before and will definitely return. "
