"Room was clean but things were falling apart and had a weird smell. The smell walking down the hallway was either mildew, bleach, or cannabis. Staff just seemed to hate their job. The breakfast was basic and by the end, food was running out and the room was a mess. The biggest issue was that when I booked it, the listing said it had a hot tub. It doesn’t, but even if it did, I would be hesitant to go in it due to the maintenance issues I saw around the place. Has a fitness center but wasnt much in it. I can see why it was so cheap. Also infuriating was the airport shuttle. I was told it only runs once an hour at the 30 but you still have to request it for it to even run. I had to go down and request at 10 am, then wait in the lobby to get picked up at 1030. The place is moderately walkable. A pedestrian bridge spans the freeway. A bus stops right in front."

"The overall stay was nice. It didn't say in the booking there was a parking daily fee, but understandable due to proximity to the airport and Mall of America. Only true complaint was at check in. When I checked in they were in between "shift change" the guy made us wait awkwardly as his boss stood behind him. Then when we were checked in the guy kept fumbling on every step. Repeatedly asked the same questions, didn't explain the parking. Took the make and model of my car. Didn't give me any parking pass or anything. Then tried to send me off with room keys but no room number written or told. It was very off putting especially after driving 5 hours to get here. The next morning I had to go ask the front desk about the specifics of the parking and found out I was supposed to have a paper in my car that was filled out by the front desk. It was very frustrating. Maybe he was new? Besides the check-in process the hotel was nice and parking is kinda scarce at night"
