"The "hotel" was under construction, but seemed like it was in the middle of a conversion to a hotel from an apartment building, with makeshift check-in counters on the mezzanine level. The room was very large (we had a king suite) but the furniture was very low end and nicked-up. Mattress very stiff/uncomfortable. Neither of the remotes for the televisions worked properly, so we had to have a tech come up to fix them as well. Both body wash and shampoo dispensers in the shower we empty. Kitchen had some very low-end dishes and silverware, but no bottle opener or any other stuff. Sticky stuff on floor of kitchen. Just an overall low-end experience, definitely not worth of a 4 star rating or an overall customer rating of 8.8. "

"Didn’t stay - saw general lack cleanliness in hallways and the room opposite turning area of a car park…. Absolutely zero privacy - immediately left"

"Some of the outlets didnt work. But the staff was great. Hotel was clean, transportation was great also. Over all I would stay there again."

"Selected for location, it was nearby hospital. Pleasantly greated. Room as described online, except no iron, ironing board, bathroom mirror too close to faucet, NO HOT WATER IN THE MORNING. "
