I’ve had the pleasure of staying at the Kimpton Shane Hotel in Atlanta, GA multiple times, and it always exceeds every expectation. From the moment you walk in, the modern design of the space sets the tone with sleek lines, thoughtful lighting, and sophisticated interiors that feel both stylish and inviting. The accommodations are upscale and incredibly comfortable. Rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and outfitted with high-quality, stylish furnishings and premium linens that make every night's rest feel like a five-star escape. What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. Every single person I’ve interacted with from the front desk to housekeeping to the bartender has always been warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. I’ve always been made to feel like a valued guest rather than just another room number. The location is conveniently tucked into a great neighborhood and is within easy walking distance of great restaurants, shops, and local attractions, while still feeling like a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. Between the upscale and inviting design, the impeccable service, and the unbeatable location, this hotel checks every box. I'll return again soon and recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a truly memorable stay.

The property was desperately in need of repair. Plaster peeling, moldy plumbing fixtures, bugs in the rooms, saw cockroaches scurry around the ice machine, got bit alive by fleas, and bed linens were grossly stained, phone wasn't working. I decided to not take the room I prepaid for 3 days. Management REFUSED to give any refund. Said it was because I didn't cancel by 4 pm check in day. We'll couldn't cancel by 4 pm because check in is not permitted until pm!!! I couldn't see the room until after the 4 pm deadline.
