Yes, the heat is a bit noisy when it kicks on, but the neighborhood is silent and there's zero road noise so it's the only noticeable sound--so truly not an issue. This is a great place to stay if you need to be in the close by neighborhood. Although the heating system is very noisy and that was our biggest issue. Clean and comfortable. The garage is quite small but we managed with a RAV4\. The bed is firm and we slept great. My son said the pull out couch was comfortable as well. The kitchen has everything you might need. There are two nice parks very close as well as plenty of restaurants.
