“Amazing hosts, immaculately clean and lovely garden surrounding! The location was amazing not too far away from the coast. Couldn’t have asked for a better night stay, will definitely be back in the near future.”

“Our stay here was fine for the 2 nights we were there. We did have an issue with food on the first night as we arrived on a Sunday late afternoon and the pub next door was shut . We couldn't arrange anything else in the area as Taxi's were impossible to get hold of. We survived... and the 2nd night we ate at the pub and that was great.”

“Stayed just the one night and very happy. Clean, comfortable and an excellent breakfast in the morning. A little out of the way, so car is a must. We stayed in the Willow room which had a lovely view out onto the garden. Only had minor niggles, bed was a double, not a king which I am used to (but double was in booking info). Doors are creaky and door catch noisy, so a quiet toilet visit in the night is difficult. Would definitely stay again if in the area.”

“The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped (modern gas cooker, TV, WiFi, books and games, large supply of basics e.g. sugar, tea, coffee, sauces etc.). We enjoyed the secluded garden overlooking the golf course and the frequent sightings of squirrels, moorhens, pheasants and deer.”

“The B&B was a really comfortable and pleasant experience. The best reception by the hosts. I was made to almost feel part of the family and would book again when I’m in the area. Only point that needs to be looked at is, on Hotels.com all rooms are on-suite but my room had a bathroom down the stairs, albeit a very nice bathroom. I booked on suite and expected on Suite. Apart from that it’s 10/10 from me. I would stay again. ”

“Easy check in. Lovely big room. Very clean with a huge bed a compact but adequate bathroom. Loved the in room continental breakfast. In all, a very comfortable nights stay and would definitely stay again.”

“Lovely location. We were given a room in the courtyard, nicely decorated with simple furnishings. Tea,coffee and milk provided but no bottled water, which would usually be expected. The bathroom was adequate but the shower grouting was a bit grim. Food in the restaurant was excellent as was the service, the beer garden was lovely.”

“Wonderful facility. All rooms have a mini kitchenette facility with full size fridge, hob and oven. As I was working nights this suited me perfectly. Was a great find for me and I will 100% stay here again. The town was just around the corner with a Morrisons a 5 minute drive away. Easy to access and helpful hosts on hand if needed. Felt like home.”

“Room clean and comfy with plenty of space. Be aware the floor in room not level but not a problem for us once we realised. Stairs to room a bit wobbly so you need to take care. Old building but clean. Breakfast was delicious with local butchers sausage and bacon. Parking a bit of a problem so we had to park in public car park for 3 Hours ( Free) until space available. ”
