Relax on our large balcony directly on the water and enjoy your time on the Emerald Coast. Pelican Beach Resort and Conference Center is one of the top destinations for families and a beach that Southern Living Magazine voted #1 in the country! This condo includes all the amenties you could dream of for your time on the coast. We are continuing to update, so please check back for progress to make your time on the Emerald Coast more pleasurable! The condo includes a King Bed in the Master with private bathroom, a Queen sleeper sofa, and two bunks and another full bathroom. Plenty of room for 6 people! The resort is located in the heart of Destin, near family activities and every restaurant imaginable. Swing by the front desk if you would like a recommendation or need directions at any point during your stay. We are located directly across the street from Big Kahuna's Waterpark. Just a mere minute from several chain grocery stores, you will find it easy to stock your refrigerator with supplies. A movie theater, fishbowl bowling alley, and shopping are minutes away for fun and entertainment! From your spacious 16th floor condo, watch the dolphins play in the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, or spend your day swimming and sunbathing in the gulf or in any of the 3 resort pools. Thirsty? Grab a refreshing beverage at the Beachside Tiki Bar if you desire a pina colada, bushwacker, or other refreshing beverage. After a day of frolicking in the sun, grill a delicious steak and your local catch on one of the many resort grills just a few steps from your balcony. You can also unwind in the beachfront hot tub while the kids enjoy pizza or fun in the resort arcade. The place had everything we needed. It faced the water and was fun to watch others at the beach from the balcony. The white sand beach was amazing and wish we were able to stay longer.

Loved our stay here. Great view, great beach access, pools and hot tubs were fantastic. Everything you need for a beach getaway. Condo looked as it did in the photos, bed and furniture were comfortable and it had a well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo!

Everything was great. The condo and resort has everything we needed. We went at the end of the season so it wasn’t too crowded which was nice. The cafe downstairs was nice to have breakfast at every morning. The beach chair rentals and beachside beverage/food service was a plus! We would definitely stay here again.

Great Home away from Home!

This was the perfect place to stay for our first trip to Destin. From the ease of the check in process to the magnificent views of the beautiful emerald waters and the soft white sand on the beach this place couldn't have been any better. The owner, Shannon was on top of any questions we had, answering our emails literally within 5 minutes! The condo was extremely clean, well laid out and organized... and so thankful for the washer and dryer! We went between spring break and before schools let out for the summer, which was the perfect time to enjoy the amenities of the beach and condo complex without so many crowds! The whole vibe of this place was just amazing! We will definitely be looking to book Shannon and Todd's condo this fall when we return to Destin!

This condo was clean, comfortable , convenient and had everything we needed. We were thankful for the beach chairs and umbrella we could use at the beach. The view is breathtaking and loved waking up and relaxing on the balcony watching the waves roll in. The covered parking was convenient and just a very short walk to the condo.

Great just and property!

What a great place to stay. Views and amenities, in the condo and on site, did not disappoint. Bunks and king bed were comfortable, bathrooms are spacious enough and located well in the condo. In the center if everything. Easy to get supplies and use as a home base. The hosts and their communication were fast and always helpful. This was our first VRBO and they were patient with any questions. Looking forward to going back. Thank you!!

Perfect Winter Getaway

We stayed for our kids winter break & had an amazing time! The weather was in the 60s for our trip but between the heated pools & the gorgeous beach, it may as well have been summer. Great location by the Gulf

The view is worth it! The condo was clean and orderly. Access to the clean white beach was 10/10. The resort also has additional amenities like onsite food and additional pools. The complex it's self is in good condition and has a good private and secure feel. It is also in close proximity to all the fun activities, and restaurants! Will recommend without hesitation!

The complex was large. Amenities were good. Pool area nice. Location was great. The condo was a good size for us. Kitchen was stocked with needed items. Felt the condo itself could have been cleaner. I do realize this can be difficult when you have quick turnaround times. But cleanliness can make a huge difference. Overall, it was a good week for us. Love the beach. :-)
