location was great, front desk was decent but both front desk agents seemed like they didn’t wanna work there. housekeeping needs some major training, i’ve worked in housekeeping/management at hotels for a long time and this place obviously needs to train staff. our room was far from being guest satisfaction. there was finger prints on our window and headboard, fridge was full of leftover nasty food inside and out, tv was oily and gross looking, bathtub had mold all along the edges. thank god i had my own cleaner with me.. as someone who has always delt with QA audit checks housekeeping at this property would fail. the one plus side i got out of this stay was the price. i guess you get what you pay for.

Great staff. Very accommodating. I've stayed there three times in the last two months when traveling in and out of the state. Everytime it was clean and any issue was handled immediately. The woman that works there with the blonde hair is THE BEST!
