"The house was amazing and Todd was a fantastic host. The location of the house was perfect, close to the beach and walking distance to both Dewey and Rehoboth. What surprised us most was how well insulated the house was. Some of us stayed up later and the others had no issues with sound/noise. Todd was incredibly responsive as a host. Our propane ran out and he had a new one hooked up in minutes. Would absolutely rent this property again."
