Don’t need to worry about anything they are organised e.g. they booked a shuttle for me and I didn’t even provide any details and they came into the airport to find me. Food is amazing at Alucco and room service was amazing too! We will be staying here again very soon! "

"This was quite the lovely stay—easy in and out, powered with electricity to recharge my devices. Would definitely stay again. The food on site is also really tasty and reasonably priced. The biggest perk is that it’s open past 5pm unlike most other places in the area. "

One small piece of feedback, the mattresses were uncomfortable, far too soft, that’s a personal thing as everyone is different but these were on the extreme! "Port Douglas is absolutely stunning. The local area - bars, beaches, reefs and rainforest are incredible. Like lots of other reviewers have commented, the villas at Reef resort are privately owned - so it's a bit of a lottery re whether you have a well maintained or run down villa. What I liked: The pool at Reef Resort is awesome and the staff were fabulous too. I would give these elements 4 stars. "Amazing spacious and newly renovated apartment with great features and well supplied. Very wet weather prevented us from taking advantage of the pool/tennis etc but the facilities were very good including free underground parking. "
