"Excellent hotel Went there to stay for lewes beach explore but it rained that day so the hotel has an excellent which utilized on the day. So soothing and rooms were excellent and upto to the mark. Clean and nice. Excellent breakfast with wide range of hot breakfast options Had a sumptuous breakfast and left for the day. The lobby is nicely designed with cyber cafe as well"

"Indoor parking on each level but you do have to climb a few stairs to get to the rooms on that level. Vending machines on each floor. Pool is on the 4th floor."

"Great location. Great price. Great staff however I definitely noticed a different in cleanliness in the hotel since my last stay. Not dirty by any means however just not as clean as my last visit 2 years prior. Fire pit was a great amenity"

"A continental breakfast was the only thing missing that would have made it that much better. However, the hotel advertised that they DO NOT offer breakfast when making the reservations. There was no false advertising, just a suggestion of an amenity that would have given the stay more for your money. All in all, it was a wonderful stay!"

"The view on the bayside side was breathtaking, we felt like we were on an island. Very accommodating for our dog! The staff was great, our room was very clean with a very comfortable bed. The property could use be a bit more appealing. The grass could have been cut ( as well as the mushrooms growing in the grass) the halls needed blown from debris . Maybe with some updating, with the view and location it could be one of the best hotels in Dewey!!!!!"

"Place is severely outdated and needs improvement/renovation. TV is computer monitor size hanging on the wall and barely able to see from the bed, where most ppl sit in a hotel room. Bathtub needs replaced. Toilet is weak flush. Ok for a work related trip but would be terrible for a vacation visit."
