"I made a reservation and put a request to check in by 9am , I called the front desk a day before to make sure they can take me in by that time and the lady that attended to me said yes, only for me to get there and the lady at the front desk told me it can’t be possible, I even asked her like what time do you think it will be ready because I have a new by 9:30 and that was the reason I booked that hotel because it was close to where I was going for meeting, only for her to tell me she doesn’t know except I come back at 3pm, like if I wanted to check in at 3pm would I have come this morning? I was charged extra for early check in and the front desk lady was freaking rude , I had to leave and they didn’t refund by money , telling me the room was non refundable , this people are scam, I didn’t even check in, if you know you don’t accept early check in why didn’t you call me and tell me the moment you see my booking but no you guys didn’t , y’all are just thieves "

"THE 3 ROOMS I WAS OFFERED WERE DIRTY, NO SHOWER CURTAINS. BED WERE FILTHY AND DISGUSTING. THEY EVEN HAD COCKROACHES WHICH I TOOK PICTURES OF EVERYTHING. EXTREMELY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE I DROVE OVER 35 MINUTES TO GET SOME REST AND COULDNT. I HAD NO CHOICE TO FIND A EVEN MORE EXPENSIVE HOTEL ABOUT ANOTHER 30 MINUTES AWAY.. "
