"The ice machine didn’t work on our floor, nor did they fix it or put up a sign after being told it didn’t work. They took my nightgown and I had to call them twice to look for it. They deactivated my parking pass in the middle of my stay. Not a good stay at all, disappointing!"

"4 complaints- 1 was that I didn't know I had to pay for parking/ valet until I got there which was $35 a day so I ended up paying over $100 just to have my vehicle parked at the hotel- which is ridiculous since we were already paying almost $500 just to stay 2 nights already just for 1 room. Valet drained our vehicle battery twice because they left the headlights on the first time and the driver side door wasn't closed all the way and the radio was left on by them the second time.
