We were three 60 year old friends exploring Dublin on foot and public transportation during our 3 day/3 night stay at Handel’s Hotel. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the accommodations - the staff were so helpful and welcoming, the room was so clean and comfortable and the location is perfect! I would happily recommend Handel’s Hotel to anyone travelling to Dublin.

Nice location. Pleasant accomodation. Hallway floors needed shampooing, which made me doubt the condition of the carpet in the room. A cold water faucet to use in filling water flasks was near the elevator on our (and possibly every) floor.

Hotel location is nicely located; walking to attractions very easy. Our street-facing room provided bird’s eye view of the street’s happenings, and we quickly got accustomed to street noise and the bells of Christ Church. The very bustling pub next door is host to nightly live music and attracts many patrons, which adds to the din of the street.

Some of the rooms are renovated but we were in an older one that had pretty gross carpet. There is no A/C which most of the year would be fine but we were there during warm weather. There was a small fan to use in the room. We liked the filtered water in the hallway. Breakfast onsite was good but not any cheaper or better than a local cafe. Location was good, the pub next door was loud one night but not too bad. Staff was super nice.

I think the hotel is going through in upgrade .. the location is great for the price .. the breakfast was delicious and clean area as well as the bar .. they gave us a complimentary drink. The staff did not help with luggage . They were stains in the carpet and rooms smelled funny.. the lady in the breakfast area was sweet and gave us great service .. hotel just needs upgrade and fix elevator

Hotel is on the outside of all the busy areas. All with in walking distance. Only took a taxi once. Overall, happy and satisfied with my stay at Handel’s. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful 24 hours.
