"The property was recently sold and is undergoing renovations. I wish we knew that renovations were happening. The property holds promise to return to 5 star. There is clearly lots of work being done to the property. The bed was comfortable, there was someone to contact for any issues. I did contact the person listed and they were prompt in their response. The staff for the home cooked breakfast was polite, engaging and clearly loved working at Rockwood. The one true negative were the many stink bugs in our room. The grounds are lovely and there is active work going on to restore this place to its former glory. We hope to return in the future and wish the new owners all our best!"
