“We were here June 2025. The location is right in town next to the concert hall, Perth Theater, and museum. There were plenty of restaurants, pubs, grocery stores, and shops within easy walking distance. While there, we attended a concert and went to the museum. We also drove across the river to the Kinnoull Hill Woodland Park. Within the apartment we were happy to be able to do our laundry with a washer, dryer, and drying rack. We cooked breakfast each morning in the well equipped kitchen with……

“The rooms at No1 are always amazing: clean, comfortable, aesthetically nice, and very conveniently located. This would have been a 5*, but unfortunately we got the attic room, which involved MANY stairs up. Given my mother's age and mobility, this negatively impacted the enjoyment of our stay. If stairs matter, proactively ask about which room you are getting before you book.”
