"The hallways were dark and creepy as a woman traveling alone, I felt extremely uncomfortable. The microwave and refrigerator were extremely old, to the point that I was honestly afraid to even open them. Then I noticed the sheets were dirty. I had to call the front desk to request clean sheets. The front desk agent was kind and funny, he did bring extra sheets and took photos, which I appreciated, but that doesn’t change the fact that the room should have been clean to begin with. Then the TV situation, which I have never experienced in any hotel before. Only about five channels actually worked, and the Netflix and YouTube apps didn’t work at all. I also tried using the casting feature, which didn’t work either. To make things even stranger, the TV had two separate remote controls one labeled for power and volume only, and the other just to change the channel. I was honestly in disbelief. At that point I gave up on the TV and decided to just take a shower and go to bed. That’s when the next issue happened. The shower head sprayed directly toward the back of the shower, and it could not be adjusted at all. I literally couldn’t figure out where I was supposed to stand in order to shower properly. I was completely over it. Next day, got breakfast and came back around 2pm and room wasn’t cleaned. Sigh Between the unsafe-feeling hallways, dirty sheets, outdated appliances, malfunctioning TV, bizarre two-remote setup, unusable shower, and lack of housekeeping…#NeverAgain!"

"It is great place to stau, room was clean, bigger and staff is friendly. I reached at 1am so didnt get free shuttle but they gave me number of global parking shuttle and they charge $10 but you have option. I would recommend this place"
