“Check in was super easy, we were able to get into our room a little early which was very helpful as we were traveling with three children. The couch is more of an old futon style - it was very uncomfortable with hard spots and poking springs. The beds were great, but I would not recommend more than four people staying. There is no kitchen available, even though it was in the listing. The listing also mentioned a washer/dryer, I think it may have been in the basement of the building but we didn’t……

On Day 1, I checked in online but never received an access code to enter the building or my room. I’m definitely not the only one—there were many other guests stuck at the front door every day. I stayed for six nights, and this happened repeatedly. To get access, I had to call the helpline multiple times (I’m using an overseas mobile). Each call kept me on……
