"Needs: In-room fridge - cupboard space appears to be there for it; Noise insulation - can hear snoring between floors and can't sleep in with early cleaners; Ergonomic chair to enable prolonged use for work; More attentive serving staff - busy talking or doing other things without looking over; Consistent customer service between staff. Rooms are nice and clean. Afternoon tea is generous. "

It's right next to a shopping and food outlet area but I ate at the Marston's pub next door which has super friendly and efficient staff and a warm atmosphere. The staff at the hotel and pub are what pushed my stay up to 10 out of 10."
