A great place to eat and stay. Portions are on the large side so bring a good appetite with you. Lovely fresh food and good ingredients, I would highly recommend it as a place to stay, the room was beautiful with a very large bed and everything you could want. We had a wonderful stay.

Mooi autentiek schots cafe waar je ook lekker kan eten. De kamer was schoon en ruim met een heerlijk bed en een grote badkamer. .s Ochtends een stevig echt schots ontbijt waar je de rest van de dag op teren kan. Minpuntje is het uitzicht en de waterkraan bij de wastafel die te laag is. Zeker een aanrader.

Room very nice. Food good overall although only cooked breakfasts. Thoroughly enjoyed the evening steak night. Downside no private parking. Staff excellent. The village is pleasant to walk round. If staying on the top floor the stairs can be a challenge as the staircase is narrow.

Great experience, room was spotlessly clean and bigger than expected. Used the bar downstairs on arrival and the manager was super friendly a credit to the hotel gave me some good local information so stayed in East Linton and did a riverside walk in the morning before heading to St Abbs. Morning breakfast was delicious full scottish and sets you up for the day. A great hotel with great helpful staff. Well worth visiting.
