“Arriving at the property was confusing because the sign says Linton Restaurant with rooms not the Linton Hotel. Check in was fine and the staff were very helpful, We had booked for 3 nights but the room (Room 5) did not even resemble any of the rooms shown on the property website. The room was very small you can’t even open the door fully without it hitting the bed. There was no headboard on the bed and wall where the headboard should be had black greasy stains from the heads of previous……

“We were happy to see that there was a restaurant and bar on the premises when we arrived as we were tired and it was raining. The food was good and fresh. The rooms are spacious but plain. The shower worked fine. The bathroom could use a shelf or cabinet to put your stuff on. There was a coffee and teas station. We were on the second floor with no lift since it’s an older building if that is a concern for you. The neighborhood was quiet and you could see the ocean from our window although it was……
