“1/5 – Be aware before booking I would encourage anyone considering this property to read the accommodation details very carefully. I was disappointed to discover that the bathroom and shower were shared, as this was not sufficiently clear to me before I booked. If I had realised this in advance, I would have chosen different accommodation. The lack of clarity significantly affected my stay and left me feeling misled. If having a private bathroom is important to you, I strongly recommend……

“Very nice looking room, difficult to figure out how to get the shower to work. There’s a switch for it outside of the bathroom. Blinds did not cover the full window, so a lot of light came through.”

“Though it doesn't locate in city center, bus is convenient to access. Room is well maintained and you can find good taste of owner from decoration. Owner is hospitality and helpful. It is a great experience of stay in Edinburgh. ”

“This place is completely unkept in an area that is not convenient nor safe feeling. We entered the house and found the first room to be slightly acceptable with the attached bathroom. The second room we reserved was not cleaned which could have been a mistake but the had it “cleaned” in about 5 minutes. And the thing they don’t tell you is you share a bathroom with 5 other rooms, not one. Not good at all.”

“房間非常大 也有一張餐桌 簡單說就是一房一廳 而且鎖都是密碼鎖不會有卡片弄丟的問題 還有一個簡便廚房你可以有小bar台還能夠自己煮東西吃 另外有附贈燙熨斗的 房間內設備非常齊全 wifi 電視 netflix 交通也算不錯 雖然離市區有一點點距離 但是有一天把衣服放在床上時 客房服務後就把我衣服丟在地上 感覺不是很好”

“I reserved the room for my friend, and I accompanied him to depart to the hotel, as the manager will gave us the password via email then we can enter the hotel ourselves. Overall, he said all are fine except his room is located at the ground floor and he was dare not to open the window for fear that someone could climb into the room easily, however, there was no air-conditioning, which made him feel a bit inconvenient. ”
