This hotel has become a favourite to stay in. Staff is wonderful and the omelette bar on weekdays. Exceptional service and beautiful room! Feels like an extension of our home when we stay.

Staff were excellent, the property was reasonably well kept, the breakfast was decent. Note that at least on the weekend (a Saturday night) there is a LOT of noise on the nearby roads from fast and furious type cars and going well into the early morning.

Good location and clean rooms. Best breakfast ever at a travel hotel (eggs prepared by chef just for you). Parking is tight with too many huge pick up trucks crowding out tiny parking spots. Check in, get a room key and head to spacious underground parking.

The lobby area with the breakfast seating and comfy chairs was super inviting. Having access to the amenities at the sister hotel without going outside was so convenient! I loved that the garage had over 7' entrance! I never can fit my SUV in the parking garage so that was so very nice!! The room was beautiful, nice and white and modern. Bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was great. Last but not least - breakfast was delicious and the coffee was very good. That little cappuccino machine is enough on its own to bring me back!!!!! My new favourite hotel.

Inside the hallway looks rundown and dirty- once you get past that, its a really nice hotel. Definitely get good value for your money. The rooms are spotlessly clean, comfortable clean bed, large bathroom with a huge shower. The attending hotel staff are incredibly nice, helpful, quick and friendly. The pool and hot tub sucks. Breakfast is… ok. I’m glad it was included because i would have felt cheated having to pay extra for it.

The front desk clerks where very pleasant and the lobby looked clean and welcoming. I was disappointed with the room. It was not very clean, smudges on the walls and hair in the shower.

PROS: spacious kitchen for a room (suite), lots of cabinets for storage, great breakfast, great location, great staff, great deal for tickets (discounted tickets for the waterpark and galaxyland @ WEM) CONS: can be very noisy at night from traffic as the hotel is right beside the highway, the room wasn’t as clean as we would like it to be.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast every morning was delicious and the chef went above and beyond to please! The hotel also offered wine and cheese ever Monday-Thursday! Very nice perk. This was my 4th stay and I will be back!

This hotel was a fantastic option for our WEM weekend trip. We really appreciated the underground parking and were pleasantly surprised to learn they offer discounts to Galaxy land and the waterpark. Will definitely book here again!

We are a family of 5 and have stayed at this hotel for both our trips in Edmonton recently July 1-4, 2026 & in April 2019. This hotel still looks well kept since 2019. The check-in was smooth, parking was convenient with secured underground, room was clean & modern, breakfast was delicious (eggs, omelette, fresh fruits, juices/coffee/tea, etc). The pool/hot tub & gym that’s shared with connecting neighbour Four Points hotel is also great. Location is close to downtown & foods etc. We will be staying here the next time we’re in Edmonton. Thanks for your great service here 👌

We had to quickly change hotels as the first hotel booked was under major construction, that we were never notified about. Elements by Marriott was available and very welcoming, with very professional staff that helped make our stay amazing. We were visiting our family, as our granddaughter has Leukemia and staying at the Ronald MacDonald House. Elements also made them very comfortable and welcome when they joined us for breakfast and our other granddaughter stayed with us overnight a few nights. Thank you Elements staff for all your hard work, wonderful welcome and amazing breakfast staff and chef who always had our favorite eggs ready when we arrived for breakfast. This is a 10/10 during this challenging time in our lives. God Bless.
