“We travel to Coffeyville fairly often and stay there when possible. We really like the breakfast compared to other hotels in the area. It is always a good experience.”

“The entire experience was terrible. The first room had a cigarette butt stuck in the perphole in the door and floor was filthy. Fridge and AC did not work and was during August heat. Moved me to another room...fridge did not work, moved me to 3rd room...AC did not work very well. Tried to cancel remaining 3 nights of reservation and they refused to refund funds. Reported to Chamber of Commerce. Do not stay there!!!”

“The property is amazing, went there for flathead catfishing trip, prime fishing location and the house was amazing, everything I could have asked for, I did not have a pen to sign the guest book to leave a awesome review that is on the counter so I’m leaving it here, highly recommend this property!!”

“The beds were very comfortable. One of our rooms was not the cleanest, but the other was fine. Breakfast left something to be desired since they were out of a lot of items.”
