"We had a lovely stay, the place was nice, it was close to some lovely walks on the beach and in nature parks. We liked our hot tub but it was just a tad too hot and it wouldn’t cool down with the controls, we even left the top open and it stayed at 40 degrees, we couldn’t stay in for very long. The shower was either boiling or freezing but we still enjoyed and can’t wait to go back some day :)"

"My daughter and I stayed in the Orme lodge, it was lovely. Nice and warm, squirrels outside the windows. Hot tub is just a hot tub - not one with bubbles! so don't look for a button to press lol Very peaceful. If you go with kids (i went with teenager) then maybe take a laptop to watch netflix etc on. wifi connection great. Don't wear sliders on your feet when trying to do the fire or else you will slip on the mud which is hilarious to a teenager btw. Hot tub takes about 4 hours to...

"We only stayed for one night at the hotel. It was conveniently located and cheap. The hotel itself was undergoing work so covered in scaffolding when we were there. Rooms were functional and clean but could do with upgrading. The staff were very helpful with regards to parking."

We were unable to go to the spa, timing did not work for us. Rooms were clean except for one day, when we got a smell of cigarette smoke, and the hotel could not figure out where it was coming from as it affected a few rooms. Overall a great hotel and super food"

"Great view of the pier from our generously sized double room. Staff pleasant and helpful. Hotel has car parking for around 10 cars, there was always a space available for us here. There was also free on street parking nearby but very few spaces available. Lovely 15 min walk up the cliff road to upper Bangor. Probably about a 20 min walk into the main town centre."

The bar staff were very friendly and the young lady waiting on was very helpful, she even managed to find us a pack of cards to use. Breakfast was very good, it was nice to be served at the buffet and again, the staff were friendly and efficient. Overall, a really nice stay and we would certainly come again."
