"Pros: After the explanations from Begona (the host), it was quite easy to find the apartment and get the keys. It is 1 minute walking from the coast path which we enjoyed the first evening. The apartment had everything we needed, including the washing mashine and a parking slot. "Excellent location in the old town area of Las Palmas with the bus station just across the road from it from where you can get a direct service to the airport. The hotel room is modern and tastefully decorated the bathroom has a walk in shower and the water pressure is excellent. This is an ideal hotel for a short break to Las Palmas. The beach area and sea front is walkable but is around a 30 to 40 minutes away. The area around the hotel is safe with lots of restaurants in walking distance, the area has a more local feel to it."
