“Our reservation was cancelled an hour before we were supposed to leave and head to the property, just 3 hours before check in. It was snowing but it wasn’t anything crazy, this is Colorado after all. When we received the notification of cancellation, it said it was due to “environmental impact”. No direct message from the host with an apology or explanation, and no response after I’d messaged them asking if they’d canceled due to the snow. Not surprised, this is the first host that hadn’t……

“Was only there for a few days in transit but everything was perfect location especially for me. Everything you needed was there even Netflix you didn’t have to put your own account. Definitely will come back. ”

The location was perfect—just a short, easy walk to a variety of restaurants and shops, which made getting around and exploring super convenient. Parking is tight but doable with two small SUV’s.Communication with Leslie was excellent from start to finish. She was responsive, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.Overall, a fantastic experience. I’d definitely stay here again!”

“Home was super clean and neat We chose this home for a Red Rocks show It was very close and made our trip great My only issue , and for most people maybe it wouldn’t be, is the noise level escalating at 5 am : tons of traffic on road running parallel to home Other then that home was perfect ”

“The property was in a great location. It is a duplex but couldn’t really hear the neighbors, which is great. And it is a tri-level house which may be good to make clear for those that may have accessibility issues. Upper floors were hard to keep cool with limitations on the thermostat but appreciated the available box fans. TV and internet were excellent.”
