"I reserved my room a few months ago. At which time I scheduled a couples massage. When calling on 9/23/26 to confirm my reservation I inquired about the massages and was told that would not be happening due to the change of ownership. Was a disappointment and I made many phone calls to perhaps schedule elsewhere with no luck. When arriving I asked several questions regarding the local entertainment scene and front desk had no clue. Also was given incorrect info regarding tickets for Blennderhassett Island. Young man working at restaurant podium had now idea that there was live entertainment on the patio that evening when asked. I feel that the staff was unsure of themselves. The property was lovely. Upon check out I was asked how our visit was my response was ok, I was asked no further questions. Hopefully once is changed over to new ownership things will run more smoothly. Thank you for your inquiry."
