“My friends and I stayed for a weekend getaway and we were impressed by the decor and how charming the hotel was! The adjoining rooms aren't very big and there is one mini fridge for both rooms but we were able to make it work. The staff was all very nice and their private beach was great.”

“This hotel is going through renovation. There were parts of the hotel that were under construction. We stayed on the third floor and the room numbers were held on by tape. It was easy to hear people in the hallway, especially if they were being loud which made it difficult to sleep. The items in the room were all plugged into one power strip, refrigerator, TV and Directv box. The refrigerator had a hum, and I had to turn off the power strip, which shut off everything else. The pool was small and……

“Very comfortable room and nice hotel . My only complaint is about Expedia! It’s impossible to have a live conversation if you have to make an adjustment to the reservation. The only option is a AI chatbot or a Chat with an agent after working your way through the Chatbot . Better to book directly with Holiday Inn Express. Even then, I couldn’t talk directly to the Hotel and could only talk to the corporate customer service representatives. But at least I could have a real conversation with them.”
