You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Cozy, private, cabin on a quiet lake.

Beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath cabin, with bunk beds a trundle a queen bed and a sofa bed. On almost an acre with 170' of private lake front and a wooded lot, you will feel like your living in the trees. Located on the very quiet and very beautiful Lake Wandawega. Its a 120 acre quite lake. Perfect for kayaking, fishing, doing a little swimming, and relaxing. . Private beach with pier, fire pit (must bring your own firewood) and seating. If the water is high enough there is a nice swimming area off the beach, if the water is low this season there may be some weeds you will have to swim with. There are two tandem kayaks, and a sixteen foot canoe (life jackets from infant to XXL provided). In the winter you can ice fish, snow mobile and an use the amazing sledding hill right in your backyard. The cabin has been completely updated in 2020. Bedding and towels are provided, beach towels are not provided. Fully equipped eat in kitchen. 10 minutes from Walworth County Fairgrounds, 15 minutes from Lake Geneva, 15 minutes from Alpine. There are local bars, breweries and wineries. Something to do for everyone. Or relax in your peaceful surroundings and do nothing at all. Pets are welcome, but must remain leashed at all times when outside. There are 2 exterior security cameras on the property.

Girls weekend
My mom and my two sisters and I just wanted to get away from the city and relax together with minimal running around. This was the perfect place for us it was super clean and well stocked and just very comfortable with a beautiful view. Thank you so much for a wonderful and enjoyable weekend we will be back

We had 3 children, ages 2 and under, and could not have asked for a better getaway! The place was clean and had new appliances. The beach on the property was a perfect size for the kids to play (and enough fish to keep me busy casting). Will definitely return!

Cute and Cozy
Wonderful stay at the cottage - the listing very well represents what to expect for your stay. The updates and general layout of the cottage make it feel roomier than the actual square footage. Our dog loved swimming in the lake, I spent a lot of time in the hammock and having both a lake side fire pit and a gas pit on the porch was great.

Beautiful cabin on a quiet lake
Beautifl well-maintained cabin on a quiet lake. We have 2 dogs that live to swim and it was erfexr for them. We caught lots of small fish off the dock. Very relaxing and all the comforts of home. Highly recommend this property and we hope to return next summer for more fun and sun on the lake.

Great peaceful lake getaway
We at a lovely time! The house is very quaint and peaceful. We loved fishing off of the dock and using the kayaks. It’s not the best for swimming at all because it is full of seaweed but the property is beautiful. We used the fire pit and had a very relaxing time. The location is very close to Lake Geneva so we also enjoyed being out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy the many things that Lake Geneva offers.

Hidden treasure
This property offers up the quintessential Wisconsin lake cottage experience. It combines an incredible setting for kids to fish, swim, run, and boat themselves until they're exhausted with a quiet, private beachfront to capture the panoramic view of the sunset at day's end. Located a short drive from the Lake Geneva area, it gives one an opportunity to sample the height of tourist season action, should one prefer a bit of that. We've enjoyed two stays and would definitely stay again.

Family vacation
Our family, (mom, dad, kids 18,16,14, 8, and 5 yrs. old) enjoyed our stay at the beach house. The trundle was a little hard to pull out so we just used the mattress on the floor. With the sofa bed and bunk bed we had plenty of sleeping space for our 7 family members. The house was clean and well maintained. Our smallest kids especially enjoyed playing on the sandy beach, while our teens enjoyed the campfire. The outdoor furniture could use a good cleaning but otherwise we have no complaint. We are definitely considering this location for a future family vacation.

Overall, we loved the house and location. The fishing dock was well used by my adult son, and we enjoyed building a fire at night. We cooked many meals, and found the kitchen to be well appointed. The view was unreal! We did encounter some frustration with the lock box as we had a hard time locating it.

Super Cute Cottage
This rental property exceeded my expectations. The inside is very well maintained and beautifully renovated, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals and make your coffee in the morning. The beds are very comfortable and the owner was responsive to our questions. Also, the proximity to the spring-fed lake couldn't be any better. I hope to come back here in the summer to enjoy the lake and the outdoor space.

Perfect Thanksgiving Geteaway
We had an amazing getaway trip with our family for Thanksgiving. We travelled with 2 kids, 2 dogs and 4 adults and the size of the house was perfect, just what we needed. The house was clean and cozy and the kitchen was very well equipped. Jaimie, the owner was great! We had one issue but she responded quickly and was able to fix the problem in no time. We enjoyed our stay!

A refreshing mini vacation
My husband and I packed our bags, rented a small U-Haul, loaded the collies in the Jeep and travelled an hour to get to this beautiful cabin and property. The cabin was spotless and comfy when we arrived. The beach area was so clean and the kayaks were ready to use. We had a fire every evening while the dogs kept the chipmunks in check. The only suggestion I would have is to broom clean the deck of spider webs. Other than that, we couldn’t of been happier with the rental. We are looking forward to our next trip there. Steve and Mary

We loved the private beach, lake and firepit. We appreciated the water toys in the shed. The house is nicely decorated with Lake-themed decor. We had one minor issue but the host was quick to respond. We appreciated the late checkout.

Perfect getaway
We couldn’t have had a more perfect stay at Jamie’s cottage. It was clean, comfortable & had everything you needed for a memorable stay. Our grandchildren (8 & 6) loved the water & fishing off the dock. We couldn’t get a worm on the hook fast enough for another catch. Jamie was quick to respond to any of our questions. Great Cozy Stay
I booked this house for a girls lakehouse weekend with my friends - there was 8 of us total. I was very happy with the house. While it is a bit small for 8 adults, it worked great! The house was clean and cute/newly updated. If you are looking for a 'swimming lake' this is not your spot. We all brought floats as there is a lot of seaweed and lilypads. We made it work with the floats. Positive is it was very quiet, not many people on the lake. Overall we were all very happy with the house and communication with the house was very good.

A Summer Sweet Spot!
Relaxing getaway in a quiet neighborhood. Large lot and wooded areas give it the feeling of a private lake. Sandy beach, kayaks, and bountiful bluegills for fishing off the pier provided endless hours of entertainment for the kids. Gorgeous sunsets and a lakefront firepit offered a wonderful end to every day.

Awesome Getaway from Chicago
I stayed the weekend with my wife and 7mo infant. We live in Chicago and it was about a 2 hour drive which was perfect. Directions were very clear and there are plenty of amenities along the way. The cabin was perfect for us. Super comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. As stated, everything inside seemed to be recently upgraded so it didn't feel like you were in an old property. We loved the lake access with the little beach. They had life vests in all sizes so we got to take out the canoe with our little one. We also got a chance to fish and caught some nice sized bass. If you plan to fish, the dock is surrounded my lily pads so plan your bait accordingly!

Great lakefront property
My friends and I stayed here for a weekend to be near Alpine Valley for a concert, and to enjoy some quintessential "summer time by the lake" in WI. The house, amenities and large yard were all well cared for and even better than expected based on the description. Host was prompt in responding to any questions leading up to our stay, and we really enjoyed our time there.
