"Hotel was nice, room ok. Staff friendly, breakfast good. Location of room not good….right next to exit/entrance door that slammed late into the night and starting again at 4am! Next visit I’d be more careful. "

"There was leftover food in the microwave, trash around the mini fridge, dusty handprints on the bedside lamps, grime around the toilet and worse of all was a small side window, but big enough for someone to crawl in from the outside, next to the picture window that was left open. We didn't notice the window last night because we checked in around 11:00 p.m. and the curtains were closed. The bathtub was dirty as well. I have asked for a refund. In the approximate 100 hotel stays booked through Expedia this is my first complaint. Maybe we were assigned a room that wasn't supposed to be rented last night. I don't know."

"Common areas could be cleaner. Seemed like a lot of construction people saying there which resulted dirty floor in common areas. "

"Check-in was easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. My pet was definitely welcomed! It could have been cleaned better but for the price, you get what you paid for. Beds were comfy. Restaurant next door was good. Convenient store across the street. We didn't have to drive anywhere afterwards. "

"The check in at the kiosk was a horrible experience. My room wasn't ready when I went to use the key the housekeeping was still cleaning and it was 7:15 pm. They need to have someone at the desk for check in "
